Studs

Why don't we have our own studs?

With four young kids, as well as various other pets, we are keeping our number of breeding dogs on the low side. I feel, with minimal dogs, it would be too easy to allow myself to be convinced that our own male would the right mate for our females, even if they don't actually balance each other perfectly. If you are looking outside your kennel you will have a wider selection- and since you are paying a stud fee, you are going to want to be totally sure that their male is the right match!

We currently do not have any resident stud dogs.

With due consideration of the qualities we are looking for, studs we have used or will use include:

Dante (2017/ 2018)

Calm, confident, and accepting, with a regal attitude- perfect Corso temperament. Very well-trained. Lean and muscled, athletc, not bulky. Square body shape with longer legs. Strong jaw, square muzzle. Blue brindle colouring. Registered ICCF.

Fabiano of God Mothers Kennels (2019-)

Solid and muscular, with a great record of producing stunning pups. Ideal structure, rectangular body shape, shows that panther-like grace. Even-keeled, stable temperament; Fabi loves hiking! Black brindle colour.
